1. What are the lease terms?
12 month lease term, after it is month to month.
2. What does it cost to move in?
First month plus security deposit equal to 1 month rent.
3. Are utilities included in the cost?
All basic utilities are included . Cable is separate, the building is cable ready with Comcast.
4. What’s your pet policy?
No Dogs allowed. Cats are allowed with a $100 non refundable deposit per animal.
5. What is the smoking policy?
The building is strictly enforced with a non smoking policy.
6. Do you require renters insurance?
Renters insurance is not required
7. How do I pay the rent?
Rent can be payed in Cash, Check, Money Orders, or ACH.
8. How are repairs taken care of, especially in an emergency?
On site maintenance. Or filling out a Maintanence request form.
9. How secure is the property?
24 hour video surveillance. Outside doors are locked at 4:00pm. Doors are locked on the weekend.
10. What is the parking situation?
2 parking lots. 1 across the street in front of the building and one directly behind the building.
11. Is there a penalty for breaking my lease?
Lease is a legal contract for 12 months.
