The Community Room is available for small events for tenants. The Community Room also hosts monthly craft nights, bingo, pamper days, building flee markets and movie nights and also special events.

The Game Room provides a space for equipped with a dartboard, ping pong table , foosball, and also has vending machines to purchase soda and snacks.
Billiards Room
The Billiards Room has a full size pool table for the tenants and their guests to enjoy. The Billiards Room also has a growing library of books that tenants can read and return.

The Laundry Room is accessible 24/7 with many coin operated machines and places to fold and organize laundry.
